The original project providing for two commercial buildings could not be realised due to poor sales prospects. So in cooperation with the local council the block was re-zoned to residential.  Six south facing apartment blocks were constructed perpendicular to Erlenauweg, positioned to take in the stunning views of the Swiss Alps.  At the centre of this development is the newly created neighbourhood square.  This separates the construction’s stages. The first, the north stage, was realised to Minergie standard and the second, the south stage, to Minergie-P standard.
